VENDOR REGISTRATION:
1. Vendor registration form. (click and complete)
2. Environmental Health Temporary Food Permit Application (click for form):
Required for all food vendors.
Must be submitted to Dean Strober with a $25 Check payable to City of Albuquerque no later than May 1.
3. Insurance Certificate: Required for All Vendors. Click for Sample Certificate.
Must be submitted no later than May 10.
All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance with Simon Property Group listed as an additional insured. $2M General Aggregate required.

4. Standard SIMON PROPERTIES area lease agreement will be issued to all vendors prior to the event.
LOAD IN/OUT:
Vendor load-in will be Saturday, May 18 between 8am – 11am.
All food vendors must be set-up by 11am for inspection by the Environmental Health Department.
Additional details regarding directions and parking will be sent in the weeks prior to the festival.
