City of Albuquerque Fire Marshal Tent Layout Form

The Fire Marshal of the City of Albuquerque, requires all vendors operating in tents to submit a digram of their tent layout indicating placement of tables, chairs, and equipment used for cooking, heating or refrigeration.

Layout Options: 

Non-Food Vendors:

Select, and submit, a pre-approved layout created by the Fire Marshal.
Or you may submit a custom layout as described below.

All Food and Beverage Vendors:

Submit a computer or hand-drawn (must be legible) diagram of your tent layout, indicating placement of cooking and food handling equipment and your hand washing station. 

You do not need an official form (as used below). You may submit on any piece of paper, with your business name included.
